Expert Care and Support

I just moved to the Springfield area and had been dealing with some pain in my left ankle off and on over the summer. I finally decided it was time to get it checked out by a professional. After doing some research, I came across PT by Phoenix. I really liked what I saw on their website, their about page, what they offered, and all the amazing reviews, so I decided to get clinical advice from them.

I ended up working with Kennedy as my PT, and I’m so glad I did (though I’m sure all the physical therapists there are excellent). I feel like I threw a lot at her: my running history, the pain that came and went, and even how it sometimes shifted to different spots. She was incredibly friendly and informative, and she did a great job calming my nerves about why the injury wasn’t going away. She also gave me insight into what might be causing it.

I’m especially glad I went because I realized I had actually been doing things that weren’t helping at all. As soon as I started Kennedy’s home exercise program, I immediately noticed results. No pain while running and no end-of-day soreness after being on my feet. By my second visit, I came back with little to no pain, and it made me feel even better to see how genuinely excited Kennedy was about my progress.

The clinic itself has a friendly, lively environment, which is exactly what I’d want if I were recovering from surgery or going through a tough injury. I’ll definitely be coming back to this clinic, especially to Kennedy, if (or probably when, haha) I ever run into another issue that a physical therapist can help with.

Phoenix was great to work with as an athlete! They helped find and resolve the issue quickly and released me with a home mobility and maintenance strengthening plan and knowledge of what I can do at home if it feels like it’s flaring up again.

Kylie is wonderful. I fell in May and injured my knee. I was loosing hope by the time I finally started therapy in August. Kylie is genuine and kind. Fast Recovery After Knee Replacement

Helped recovery with my knee total replacement surgery. Louis worked out the stiffness every day and it was an unbelievably fast recovery.

Pain-Free After Tennis Elbow

I have been working with Kennedy for a few months to recover from tennis elbow. I walked in with a lot of pain while doing the things that I love to do. I started out thinking that nothing could help the pain go away, but the exercises Kennedy gave me quickly helped to get the pain under control. And over the last few months continuing to work with Kennedy has gotten me to the point that I can play pickleball and workout and do normal day-to-day activities pain free.
