It depends on the site of the nerve entrapment. If it’s a joint, you would need hands-on therapy or manipulation to get it moving. If it’s a muscle, you could work on the muscles that are doing the squeezing of the nerve. There is something else called “nerve glides” where you or a physical therapist will move your arm in different positions that help the nerve move more freely.
